Make your own emotions stones
Grab some paints and some stones and create your own emotions stones - it really is that simple!
Each stone will represent a different emotion. Will you use a face? A certain colour? The word? Once you have made your stones, you can use them to help you to talk about your feelings. Sometimes it is tricky to explain with words how we are feeling but these emotions stones are perfect as all you need to do is pick up the one that best describes your emotions!
